Our focus is to identify levels from where the market will bounce to buy the options cheap and sell them expensive at our predetermined target between 50%-100%. In cases where we do not reach our profit target, we promptly issue a closing order to keep our losers smaller than our winners.
The precise entry and exit points are determined by technical levels and indicators. We acquire options with 0 or 1 days to expiration just below 30 Delta for less than $1. That is the sweet spot for 0/1 DTE Options to benefit from a small but quick move.Â
Entry days can be any day of the week. We exit these trades within the same day as the entry.
